It has a top speed of 3mph and you don't even need a license to drive the new McLaren electronic car, the special P1. This unique supercar is a mini version of the stylish original, for kids. Manufacture will begin in mid-October and the car will be available worldwide. Of course this tiny version will be several magnitutes cheaper than the original, listed for retail at $486.
