Lady Maverick loses chance at half a million

There were only three contestants remaining in the Big Brother U.S. house, all contending to win half a million dollars, among them our fan favorite poker pro Vanessa Rousso. Unfortunately Lady Maverick lost her chance in the finals, though up till now she has taken every hurdle throughout the season, howevershe could not turn the crown in the last vote. She only received 11%, which was not enough for second place either, not the consolation prize of $50,000. She was understandably disappointed, but as she stated, her poker carreer has prepared her for defeats quite well.

"It was exactly like a poker tour. High risks, and though I knew that I was playing perfectly, I also understood that it might not be enough for success. I'm not depressed, and while I was at first shocked at the results, I'm now only concentrating on the great positives of the experience." Lady Maverick stated, leaving mentions of future TV appearances or poker tours out of her statement.
