Former PokerStars owner shines at live play

He sold PokerStars to Amaya for $4.9 billion this summer, so it might seem that Isai Scheinberg, who is still wanted by the U.S. Departrment of Justice, would leave poker for good. After Black Friday and the illegality of poker in the States, the sale would seem like a wise decision and perfect timing for Isai. The billionaire can finally spend some time actually playing poker rather than managing the business and a few days ago he was one of the entrants to a high-roller event at the UK and Ireland Poker Tour, proving that some knowledge rubbed off from owning the biggest poker rooms in the world. Isai took home the win and added a measly $22253 to his billions.
