Record breaking 2016 Goliath

Last year more than 4000 players entered the British GUKPT Goliath Main Event, however this years's attendance was even stronger with players from all over Europe. The new record has been set at 5232 players, which meant that the battle for money places would be all the harder. After the brutal and extended carnage, Vamshi Vandanpau would not wait out the very end of the game and a deal was struck with three players reamining, with 62,000 British pounds going to the winner Vandanpau for his first live tour trophy.
