Last Viper 2017 models sold-out in 40 minutes

As we reported a few weeks ago, a legend is going into retirement as the Dodge Viper will be gooing out of production in 2017 after 30,000 units manufactured and sold. The company has also released some special models for the 25th anniversary of the brand. They didn't expect the level of interest after the announcement of the discontinuation of the Viper and the 215 limited edition cars in the1:28 Edition ACR series, named after a famous best time, were all pre-ordered within 40 minutes! Not to worry though, since Dodge is planning a number of limited edition cars for the anniversary year and to say a proper farewell to the Viper. However, buyers who wish to own a piece of history will have to have quick reflexes to score one of the most awaited cars.
